Every item is printed to order, which usually takes 2–5 business days. UK delivery then takes a few more days — most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Accessories such as mugs, caps and tote bags may be made at a different facility and arrive in a separate parcel.

Yes. If an item is faulty, damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it. You can also cancel within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law and return unworn items for a refund — see our Returns page for details.

Open 'Size Guide' next to the size buttons on any tee, hoodie or crewneck to see the measurements in cm or inches. Tees have a medium unisex fit; hoodies and sweatshirts have a classic unisex fit. If you prefer a looser, oversized look, size up one size.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Other options, such as Klarna or Revolut Pay, may also be shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details.

Every piece is printed only after you order it, so we don't mass-produce stock that ends up unsold. Our tees are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton (Stanley/Stella), our hoodies and sweatshirts by Gildan, and our caps and tote bags from organic cotton. Clothing is usually printed in the UK by our print partner; some items, especially accessories, may be made at its other facilities.
