Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data LimitMood collects when you visit www.limitmood.com or buy from us, why we need it and what your rights are.
1. Who we are
LimitMood is run by Ivaylo Ivanov trading as LimitMood, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. We are the "controller" of the personal data described in this policy.
Contact: support@limitmood.com
Postal address: 10 Allerton Court, Sutton, SM3 9BG, United Kingdom
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to sell and deliver your order and to answer your questions:
- Order details — your name, email address, delivery address, phone number (if you give it), the items you bought and how much you paid.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages — anything you send us by email, including photos of a faulty item.
- Technical data — our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records basic information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the website running and secure.
We do not create accounts, and we do not collect special category data.
3. How and why we use it
- To fulfil your order — take payment, have your item printed, deliver it and handle returns. Legal basis: performance of a contract with you.
- To keep business and tax records as required by UK law. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To answer your messages, prevent fraud and keep the website secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the companies that help us run the shop:
- Stripe — processes your payment.
- Printful — prints your order and passes your delivery details to the courier.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- Our email provider — stores the messages you send us.
Some of these companies are based in, or process data in, the United States. When your data leaves the UK, they protect it with safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart, wishlist and currency choice are saved in your own browser (local storage) so the website works as you expect; this information is not sent to us.
When you pay, you are taken to Stripe's secure checkout page, which uses its own essential cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order and accounting records for as long as UK tax law requires. For self-employed businesses this is at least five years after the 31 January filing deadline for the relevant tax year. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up. We then delete them.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another organisation. Email support@limitmood.com — we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
You can print this page or save it as a PDF from your browser (Ctrl + P / ⌘ + P) to keep a copy.
