Thank you for shopping with LimitMood. These terms explain how ordering, delivery, cancellations and returns work.
1. About us
www.limitmood.com is run by Ivaylo Ivanov trading as LimitMood, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@limitmood.com, or by post at 10 Allerton Court, Sutton, SM3 9BG, United Kingdom.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on our website. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer. Please read them before ordering; you can print or save this page for your records.
3. Our products
Every item is printed to order for you. Product photos are digital mock-ups: colours can look slightly different on screen, and the exact print size and garment fit may differ a little from the images. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Items marked "Coming soon" cannot be ordered yet.
4. Ordering and the contract
When you pay at checkout you make an offer to buy. The contract between us starts when your payment is accepted and we confirm your order by email.
If we cannot accept or fulfil your order — for example because an item is no longer available or a price was shown by mistake — we will tell you and refund you in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (or euros if you select them) and include any taxes that apply. Delivery is added at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we accept major debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where available.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Items are usually printed within 2–5 business days and most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. These are estimates — if your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help.
The item becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To cancel, email support@limitmood.com with your name, order details and the date you received the item — for example: "I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of the following goods: [item], received on [date]." You can also use our model cancellation form.
You must then send the item back within 14 days of telling us; we will give you the return address. Items should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. You pay the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty.
We will refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back (or proof that you have sent it), using your original payment method. We may reduce the refund if the item has been worn or handled more than you would need to check it. See our Returns page for details.
8. Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our items must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, email support@limitmood.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full — you do not need to send it back.
After 30 days you still have legal rights to a repair, replacement or refund for faults. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
10. Designs and content
All LimitMood designs, artwork, text and images on this website belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.
11. Your personal data
We use your personal data only as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Problems and the law
If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@limitmood.com — we will do our best to put it right.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring them in your local courts.
