Every piece is printed to order for you. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
Return PolicyReturn Policy
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email support@limitmood.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — no need to send it back.
Under UK consumer law you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Email us to let us know (you can use the model cancellation form below), then send the item back within 14 days. We'll reply with the return address.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. Wrong size? Return it and place a new order in the right size.
We refund the item price and the original standard delivery to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or proof that you've sent it.
